Children across all classes have day visits to various local attractions and places of interest which support the curriculum plus enjoy visitors and experiences in school.
In addition, children in Year 4 to Year 6 go on a residential.
In Year 4 the children start their residential experience by visiting Burwell House in Cambridgeshire for two nights and three days as part of their topic on habitats.
In Year 5 the class will study the Victorian era and spend two nights and three days in Ironbridge, Shropshire, visiting Blists Hill open air museum and the Jackfield Tile museum - to name but a few places of interest.
In Year 6 the children will go to the Kingswood Outdoor Centre in October for an adventure which will last two nights and three days. There'll be lazer tag, raft building, archery, fencing, abseiling and more!
